Prior tanker experience, either Oil or LPG but preferably
   both.
Full STCW certification, including Tanker Endorsements    and preferably for positions as Master or Chief Officer    certification in Bridge Team Management and Ship    Handling.
A Certificate of Competency issued from one of the    following countries: United Kingdom, Singapore,    Australia, Malaysia & Bangladesh.
An unblemished employment history (we will seek    references).
Enthusiasm and professionalism.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
